CHERUPAYAR THORAN
Cherupayar (green gram) -half cup (keep in water for few hours)
Grated coconut -3 tbsp
Coconut oil
Salt
Curry leaves
(Donot splutter mustard )
PREPARATION
- In a pressure cooker , cook green gram with water which cover the gram until two whistles.
- Open the lid and add salt .
- Now take a fry pan and pour the cooked green to it and saute well.
- Then mix it with the grated coconut well and pour coconut oil over it.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
