BITTER GOURD CURRY - KAIPAKKA CURRY RECIPES
Bitter gourd recipes are very easy, simple and very healthy. But because of its bitterness, most of us step back from this vegetable. Here is my recipe for a bittergourd curry which is very tasty and less bitter. The sour taste of tomato and tamarind helps to reduce the bitter taste of this vegetable to some extent. Do try this and drop your feedback.
