SIMPLE AND EASY MILK PUDDING
Hi foodies, welcome back to Ayesha' s kitchen. Many of my viewers are requested for a very easy and simple pudding recipe with handy ingredients. Pudding recipes or desserts recipes are my all time favorite recipes which I love to experiment with. I am rushing to share my innovative and yummy pudding recipes as soon as possible on my viewers request. For setting a pudding, any of these ingredients are used. Like Chinagrass / agar agar, gelatin, cornflour, custard powder etc. But for a pudding with firm texture, you must add chinagrass or gelatin. Chinagrass or agar agar is the veg substitute for gelatin though veg gelatin is available these days. For making a luxcious pudding, the amount of chinagrass is crucial. Here in this pudding if u use more chinagrass , then you will get a hello texture. For party or any functions, such jello textured pudding is great but taste wise, i prefer firm but creamy puddings. For this simple milk pudding, i have uses different flavored and colored essences like badam essence, strawberry essence, pista essence etc. This yummy pudding is a common pudding recipe especially for any parties or any functions. This pudding looks very attractive and inviting. With very less ingredients you can make luscious pudding without any mess.

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 2.5 cups ( 1 cup = 250 ml)
Sugar - quarter a cup
Condensed milk - half a cup
Pista essence, strawberry essence, badam essence - few drops
Chinagrass / agar agar - 8 gms
For decoration
Pistachios sliced - few
Almond sliced - few
Chopped glazed cherries - few
Sweet coconut mixture - few
PREPARATION

- Melt chinagrass or agar agar in a pan along with half a cup of water until it melts to a clear liquid over a medium low flame.
- Meanwhile, boil milk in a pan. Once it starts to boil, add sugar and condensed milk. Mix well to combine.
- To this, add the melted chinagrass through a strainer and mix well for a minute.
- Transfer this mixture to three equal bowls.
- Add the different essences to these bowls and mix well.
- Then pour these mixture immediately to different bowls or trays to set.
- Let it cool slightly and then decorate it with pistachios sliced, almond sliced, cherries chopped and sweet coconut mixture.
- Keep it in the refrigerator to set. ( For 3 to 4 hours) .
