INGREDIENTS

Cucumber                                      - 1, very finely chopped
Carrot                                             - 1, very finely chopped
Apple                                             - 1, very finely chopped
Pomegranate   seeds                       - half a cup or more
Apple cider vinegar                    - 2 tsp (can use white vinegar also)
Pepper powder                                - 1 tsp
Salt

(you can use semi ripened papaya, seedless grapes, nuts, roasted beets along with these ingredients)


PREPARATION




  • Place chopped cucumber, chopped carrot and chopped apple in a large bowl. Lightly season it with pepper powder, salt and apple cider vinegar. 
  • Then top it with pomegranate seeds  and give a final mix.
  • Plating is up to you  and serve.
